How do I know if they\u2019ll fit me?<\/summary>\n

Every frame has measured dimensions and a size (Small, Medium or Large) based on its total width. On each product page, under \u201cMeasurements & fit\u201d, you can see it in real proportions.<\/p>\n\n\n

The surest way: compare the numbers with a pair you already wear and that fits you well. And if they don\u2019t fit after all, you can exchange them for free within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What do the numbers on the temple mean (e.g. 52-18-140)?<\/summary>\n

They are the frame\u2019s key dimensions in millimeters: 52<\/strong> the width of each lens, 18<\/strong> the bridge (the distance between the lenses, over the nose) and 140<\/strong> the temple length.<\/p>\n\n\n

You\u2019ll find them on the inside of the temple of your glasses. Compare them with the product\u2019s \u201cMeasurements\u201d: a difference of 2\u20133 millimeters in the lens or the bridge doesn\u2019t noticeably change the fit.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which frame shape suits my face?<\/summary>\n

The general rule is contrast: angular frames for round faces, rounded frames for square faces, while oval faces can wear almost any shape.<\/p>\n\n\n

On each product page you can find your face shape in 3 steps and see right away whether that pair suits you, as well as which frames to look at.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are they for men or women?<\/summary>\n

Most of our models are unisex. In the catalog<\/a> choose \u201cMen\u201d or \u201cWomen\u201d in the filters and you\u2019ll see the unisex models as well.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I fit prescription lenses?<\/summary>\n

On many models, yes. Those that list \u201cInterchangeable lenses\u201d in their features accept lenses with your prescription, sun or clear, fitted by your optician. We don\u2019t make prescription lenses.<\/p>\n\n\n

Exchanges, returns & warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
How do I make an exchange or return?<\/summary>\n

You have 14 days from delivery<\/strong>. Send us your order number at contact@cosselie.com<\/a> and we\u2019ll send you a free return voucher for BOX NOW or ELTA Courier. We cover the return costs.<\/p>\n\n\n

Exchanging for another color or model is free, and the new pair is delivered to you with no shipping charge. All the details are in our Exchanges & Returns Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I try them on before I decide?<\/summary>\n

Of course, just as you’d try them on in a store: put them on, check the fit in the mirror and in the light. If you return them, send them back with all their accessories (case, cord, cloth) and, if possible, in their packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n

Only wear from use (e.g. scratches) may reduce the amount refunded, and always after we have informed you with photos.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When do I get my money back?<\/summary>\n

Within 14 days at the latest, together with the original shipping costs. The money is refunded the same way you paid: to your card, to PayPal or via Klarna. For cash on delivery or IRIS, by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us, free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

I received a defective or wrong product. What do I do?<\/summary>\n

Send us photos and your order number at contact@cosselie.com<\/a>. We\u2019ll send you the correct or a new pair right away, or refund all your money including shipping, whichever you prefer. You pay nothing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What warranty do they have?<\/summary>\n

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee: if a defect appears, you are entitled to free repair or replacement. The guarantee does not cover drops, misuse or normal wear and tear. See our Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When will my order arrive?<\/summary>\n

Orders completed on business days by 14:30 ship the same day. Delivery takes 1\u20133 business days with BOX NOW or Geniki Taxydromiki and 2\u20134 business days with ELTA Courier.<\/p>\n\n\n

In Thessaloniki, with Wolt, you usually get them within 1.5 hours (Monday\u2013Friday, 09:00\u201316:30). The product page shows you when your order ships.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How much does shipping cost?<\/summary>\n

Shipping is free for orders from 50 \u20ac<\/strong>. Otherwise, the cost depends on the shipping method and you see it in the cart before you pay. Pickup from our showroom is always free.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I track my order?<\/summary>\n

As soon as it ships, we email you the tracking number and the tracking link. With BOX NOW you also get an SMS with the locker code. If you have an account, you can also see your orders in My account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Can\u2019t find the email? Check your spam folder too, or write to us and we\u2019ll resend it.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I change or cancel my order?<\/summary>\n

Yes, as long as it hasn\u2019t shipped: send us your order number at contact@cosselie.com<\/a> or call +30 2310 489452<\/a>. The same applies if you entered the wrong address. If it has already shipped, accept the delivery and make a free exchange or return.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you ship outside Greece?<\/summary>\n

Not at the moment. We ship throughout Greece, including the islands and remote areas. All products ship together, in one parcel.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
