Sunglasses were always an in-store purchase: you try them on, look in the mirror, ask the salesperson. COSSELIE started in 2022 to make that same purchase just as certain online, with measurements instead of “roughly,” real photos and people who answer.
It started with a buoy
Summer 2022, on a secluded beach, a buoy washed up on the shore. We cleaned it and kept it. Not as an object, but as a symbol of direction.

We measure every pair, so it fits you the first time
The biggest obstacle with glasses online is that you can't try them on before you buy. That’s why we measure and weigh every pair before it goes on the site: frame width, lens, bridge, height and temple length.
From those measurements comes the frame size. On every product page you see the frame in real proportions, compare it with the glasses you already wear, or measure it using a bank card as a ruler.
