Earphones that fall out, cables that tangle, calls you miss because you can't find your phone in your pocket. smart sunglasses solve all of this in a simple way: they bring the sound to where you're already wearing something — your glasses.
What smart sunglasses are
They're sunglasses with built-in speakers and a microphone in the temples, which connect to your phone via Bluetooth. The sound is directed toward your ears without “blocking” them, so you hear your music and your surroundings at the same time — which makes all the difference on the street, on a bike or on a run.

What you can do with them
- Music and podcasts without earphones.
- Hands-free calls with the built-in microphone — you answer without taking out your phone.
- Driving and commuting: your ears stay free for the sounds of the road.
- Eye protection like any good pair of sunglasses: category 3 TAC polarized lenses with UV400.
Who they're for
For people who are on the move all day: those who walk or cycle around the city, who drive and talk on the phone a lot, who run with music. They're also one of the most original gifts for tech lovers — see more ideas in the Christmas gift guide.
What to look out for before you buy
- Sunglasses first, gadget second: the lenses must be polarized, Cat.3 and UV400. Otherwise you just have a speaker you wear.
- Comfort: the temples hold electronics, so they're a little heavier. Go for a frame that sits securely.
- Design: pick something you'd wear even if it had no sound — otherwise it'll stay in the drawer.
- Battery and charging: check the specs on each model's page and charge them like you charge your phone, not in extreme heat.
The three COSSELIE models
The Jam, Tune and Vibe have a black, minimal full-rim frame with a unisex look, Bluetooth, speakers and a microphone, with Cat.3 polarized lenses. They differ in frame design: pick the one that suits you best.

FAQ
Can people around me hear the music?
The speakers sit close to your ears and are directional, so at normal volume it's mainly you who hears the sound. At very high volume in a quiet place, it may be slightly audible.
Can I drive with smart sunglasses?
Yes — Cat.3 lenses are allowed for driving and your ears stay free. Use hands-free calls with care, as you would in the car anyway.
Do they protect your eyes as well as regular sunglasses?
Yes. They have category 3 TAC polarized lenses with UV400 protection, just like our classic sunglasses.
